- 暖房による肌トラブルと脱毛時の注意点
- 寒い季節は暖房による乾燥が進み、肌トラブルが起こりやすくなります。

施術前は、しっかりと保湿を行うことが大切です。
油分よりも、水分をしっかり補給できる化粧水や乳液がおすすめ。
また、暖房の風を直接浴びない工夫や加湿器の活用で、肌のコンディションが整いやすくなります。
シュガーリング当日は、クリームやオイルの使用を避け、清潔で乾いた状態でご来店ください。
施術後24時間は、湯船・サウナ・激しい運動を控えることで、よりきれいな肌を保つことができます。
保湿ケアを丁寧に行うことも、美肌を保つ大切なポイントです。

Before treatment, hydrate the skin well using water-based skincare rather than oily products. Avoid exposing your skin to direct heater air and try adding humidity to your environment to keep the skin balanced.
On the day of sugaring, avoid creams or oils and come with clean, dry skin. After the session, avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 hours, and focus on gentle moisturizing to maintain smooth results.
