“I had a headache from stiff shoulders and took headache medicine every day. I had been to physical therapy before, but there was no effect and I had given up. Headaches are really painful, aren't they?
I have headaches too, so I understand.
I think that the treatment with FFT (Fascial Friction Technique) improved blood flow and reduced the frequency of headaches,
In this way, it is not unusual for FFT to improve symptoms in a short period of time.
